All items offered on Doptika are made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, we create each item specifically for you, ensuring top-notch quality with every piece!

We collaborate with various artists and producers across the globe. This explains the delivery timelines listed below and also allows us to provide such competitive pricing for our items.

  1. The timelines mentioned above apply only to orders shipped to the US using standard delivery methods.
  2. Orders from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take an extra 7-10 days compared to other US states.
  3. We currently have limited delivery options to military areas, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  4. Most orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframes we specify above. However, these periods are estimates and may vary depending on specific circumstances. Certain items or orders might require extended processing or delivery times.
  5. For international orders: Additional delays may occur if packages need to clear customs. We have no control over the customs process and regret any inconvenience caused by such delays.
  6. Large orders (such as Canvas or Posters) cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure they arrive safely. Free shipping offers do not apply in these cases.
  7. Once your order is prepared for shipping, we’ll send a tracking link to your email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

 

ORDER TRACKING

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you, so you can keep an eye on your order’s progress all the way to your home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to register your package in their system.

If you try to track your package and no details are available, it simply means the carrier hasn’t yet updated the parcel’s status. Once it’s scanned into their system, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure the address you provide at checkout is accurate, as we cannot be held accountable if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the final delivery carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request them to reroute or forward your package, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to the parcel.
