Cancellation & Modification

How to change or cancel your order?

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, please send us your request through this form, including your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Before 2 hours

Your order is eligible  to be canceled and modified.

After 2 hours

The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please be informed that:

  • Personalized items are secured for production right after the order is completed, so we may not always be able to adjust these.
  • During busy holiday periods, modification requests might take a bit longer than usual, but we’ll always aim to handle changes as quickly as possible.

Free replacement or refund

Making returns easy—not our products: We’re confident that a REPLACEMENT or REFUND can address any issues. Thus, you are not required to physically return the item(s) to us and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal.

We will take full responsibility within 45 days from order arrival, if the product(s) are:

Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly

Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email

Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate

You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND

NO REFUND

The reasons listed below are not included in our Refund and Replacement policy. We understand you might feel disappointed, but we are not liable for these issues:

  • A refund request made after 45 days from product delivery
  • Personal reasons, like a change of mind or no longer needing the item, if decided during shipping or after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In certain situations below, we can provide a replacement, but it will come with a small fee:

  • You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input
  • Your shipping address was incorrect and caused delivery issues
