I ordered an aluminum wallet card and they sent me a plastic candle. Not only is it the wrong product, but it is TERRIBLE quality - the Dollar Store candles are higher quality. Not only is the plastic crappy, but it looks like they printed a sticker on a home printer and a toddler applied it. The seam of the sticker is obvious and the edges don't even match up.
The seller is not actually in Michigan, despite what their website says. The product comes from China in a box labeled "Pawfect House" (not Doptika) and arrived weeks past its promised date. The seller emailed me asking to leave a review before the product even arrived. What an awful experience. If you must buy their products, do it through Amazon so you have better protections and the seller can be held accountable. Just go elsewhere though.
